Rack and Pinion
Using new generation materials and designs, these actuators reliably and efficiently operate quarter-turn mechanisms including ball, butterfly and plug valves. Our rack & pinion actuators work in a broad range of applications including those with extreme temperatures, corrosion and high-cycles. Integrated control options can be readily added for improved functionality and positioning.
- Output torques range to 60,623 lb-in (6,850 Nm)for double-acting models and 17,333 lb-in (1,958 Nm)spring-end for spring-return models.
- Standard operating temperatures range from -40 ° F to +180 ° F (-40 ° C to +82 ° C) with optional high temperature trims available.

Scotch Yoke
We offer a broad range of new generation pneumatic actuators with torques sufficient for virtually any application - large or small. The G-Series adds features not found anywhere else. Guaranteed output torques, water ingress protection, corrosion resistance, NAMUR standardization, close coupling, overrides and modular components are standard on most of our pneumatic actuators.

Electric
Our electric actuators are designed to provide optimum performance under the most demanding on/off and modulating conditions. Our compact models are adaptable for trouble-free operation with small, medium or large valves. We offer maximum duty cycles to 100%, with none lower than 30%,in all available motor voltages. We have a range of hazardous and non-hazardous housings, including CSA certified enclosures, and “plug-in ” options suitable for a wide range of control functions.
