Rack and Pinion Actuators

Using new generation materials and designs, these actuators reliably and efficiently operate quarter-turn mechanisms including ball, butterfly and plug valves. Our rack & pinion actuators work in a broad range of applications including those with extreme temperatures, corrosion and high-cycles. Integrated control options can be readily added for improved functionality and positioning.

Output torques range to 60,623 lb-in (6,850 Nm)for double-acting models and 17,333 lb-in (1,958 Nm)spring-end for spring-return models.
Standard operating temperatures range from -40 ° F to +180 ° F (-40 ° C to +82 ° C) with optional high temperature trims available.
Operating pressures to 120 psig (8 Bar)
